THE TEAM
The powerhouse behind 313 Security is undoubtedly our small, highly motivated senior management team comprising Mehdi Moosavi and Scott Wallace. With a combined security industry experience of 30 years including qualifications in IT and Business Management on top of Security and Risk Management, we are truly as unique as we claim.

313 Security Services is Victoria’s most dynamic provider of Security and related services. Our vision and goal is to be recognised as the next generation of high end security and risk management providers. We aim to achieve this through our extensive security training programs and professional development training requirements. Our staff are our largest asset and we treat them as such.

We strive to ensure our security staffs understand our customer’s needs and business. We provide familiarisation training, site induction and promote attention to detail. Our guards are, and will be, the most professional and well trained.
Quality Service
313 Security Services strives for excellence and continuous improvement. Our policy is to formulate ‘Quality Management Systems’s specifically aimed at each business partner’s unique requirements, rather than via a generic approach. We utilize a customer satisfaction questionnaire to determine service standards which complements existing service level agreements used by business partners. This is focused on direct service delivery by personnel on the ground, management and supervision. 313Security is a member of the Australian Security Industry Association Ltd (ASIAL), the peak national body for the Australian Security Industry.Various initiatives, in conjunction with our business partners are currently used and these range from ‘Core Competencies’ modules,including but not limited to:
- Identify effective areas
- Standards required
- Standards achieved
- Corrective action
- Auditing as independent consultants
- Scorecards submission.
