Customer Account Management

Each client can expect their guards to receive regular checks (both scheduled and ad hoc) by our General Manager and periodically by other company executives. This helps ensure our clients service level agreement is met and delivered. These onsite checks are multi purposed. They not only confirm attendance, appearance and compliance to 313 policies and customer requirements; they also serve as a key vehicle for obtaining valuable feedback from customers at the onsite level. Often infrequent but irritating issues can be resolved onsite immediately and easily. These ensure that the core operational relationship with our clients remains sound and positive.
